Research, and Access Logs have been sharply improved.

General Configuration is added to the Menu for Administrators. Moreover, User Management Setting screen and Access Log Setting screen have been expanded and established newly.
Items which are conventionally edited in the file thetis/config/environment.rb directly can be easily set up now on the screen.

Following the preceding clause, the "Topic Box" and "Note" in the Header Menu (the conventional "Topic" and "Links")
can be customized easily by uploading an arbitrary HTML file on the screen.
